How does billing work?
After creating an account, choose an available plan from Plans & billing. Lemon Squeezy handles paid checkout and the subscription is activated after confirmation.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Owners of paid workspaces can open Manage billing from Plans & billing to manage their subscription through Lemon Squeezy. A canceled subscription retains access through its recorded paid-through date.
Can I upgrade to another plan?
Self-service plan upgrades are not available in Dueping yet. Contact support before changing plans so you do not create a second paid subscription.
Does a subscription collect payments from my clients?
No. Your Dueping subscription pays for access to the workspace. Client invoice payments are separate, and the payment records you capture in Dueping do not charge a card.
