01About Dueping
Dueping is an invoicing software product developed by RuhaniSoft. It provides tools for business invoices, client records, invoice sharing, email delivery, and payment records. The Features page describes current availability and identifies features that are still in development.
02Your account and workspace
Provide accurate account and billing information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Workspace owners are responsible for the people they authorize and the information added to their workspace. Do not share account access with people who are not authorized to use the business records. Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
03Your invoices and client information
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of invoices, client details, payment instructions, and payment records you enter. Only use client information and send messages where you have permission or another appropriate basis to do so. Dueping does not determine whether an invoice is legally valid, settle a dispute between you and a client, or verify a manually recorded payment.
04Sending and sharing invoices
Invoice emails and shared links are provided to help you deliver invoice information. Email delivery may be delayed, rejected, or filtered by a provider. A delivery record does not establish that the recipient has read or accepted an invoice. Anyone with an active shared invoice link may be able to view its contents; share links only with intended recipients and revoke them when appropriate.
05Subscriptions and charges
A valid workspace subscription is required to use protected customer features. Available plans show their price, currency, and billing period. Paid checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which presents the applicable total and taxes before purchase. Your purchase is also subject to the payment provider terms shown at checkout. Existing subscription records retain their agreed price and period when an administrator edits the plan listing.
06Cancellation and access
Owners can use Manage billing on the Plans & billing page to manage a supported paid subscription through Lemon Squeezy. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the subscription status and terms shown by the provider. Where a paid-through end date is recorded, access continues through that date. A failed payment, expired subscription, account suspension, or other access restriction may prevent use of the workspace. Cancellation does not itself submit a refund request.
07Responsible use
Do not use Dueping for spam, fraudulent invoices, impersonation, unlawful material, unauthorized access, or interference with another account or the service. Do not attempt to access another business workspace. We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, security concerns, or a breach of these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction was made in error.
08Service availability and product changes
Dueping may change as the product develops. Maintenance, third-party outages, or other technical issues can affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular business or payment outcome. Features identified as planned are not included as currently available functionality. Keep copies of important invoices and records that you need for your business.
09Closing an account and handling questions
Contact the Dueping team to discuss account closure, access to your records, billing issues, or these terms. The Privacy Policy describes the information processed by the service. The Refund Policy explains how to raise a payment concern. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
10Changes to these terms
We may update this page to reflect product or operational changes. The update date is shown above. Material changes affecting your account or subscription will be communicated through an appropriate account or service channel. Contact us if you need clarification before continuing to use the service.
