01Who this notice covers
This notice describes the information handled by Dueping, an invoicing software product developed by RuhaniSoft. It covers visitors, account holders, workspace users, and people whose invoice or client details are entered by a business using Dueping. For questions about a particular invoice, contact the business that issued it.
02Account and workspace information
We process names, email addresses, business details, workspace identifiers, user roles, account status, and account activity needed to create and operate a workspace. Password sign-in uses a password hash rather than a readable stored password. Administrative records may include account changes, access restrictions, the acting administrator, and relevant timestamps.
03Invoices, clients, and payment records
A workspace may contain client contact and billing details, supplied business identifiers, invoice numbers, line items, amounts, currencies, due dates, notes, recorded payments, and invoice activity. The business entering this information is responsible for having an appropriate reason to use it. Dueping processes these records to provide the workspace features that the business uses.
04Optional Google sign-in
When Google login is enabled and you choose it, Google provides the basic identity information requested during sign-in, including a stable account identifier, name, and verified email address. Dueping uses this to authenticate or create your account. An existing password account requires confirmation before it is linked. Google authentication tokens are used during the sign-in process and are not retained as account credentials.
05Subscription checkout
Paid subscription checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy. Dueping passes account information needed to prepare checkout, such as your name, email, and a checkout reference, and receives subscription identifiers, status, dates, and plan information. Card entry takes place with the payment provider. Dueping does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Manually recording a payment against a client invoice does not charge a card.
06Invoice email and share links
Sending an invoice processes its recipient, message, PDF, shared link, and delivery record through the configured email transport. Email providers may process message content and delivery information under their own terms. Shared invoice pages can disclose invoice, business, and client details to anyone who has an active link. Workspace users should choose recipients carefully and revoke links that are no longer needed.
07Cookies, local storage, and logs
Dueping uses session cookies for sign-in, request protection, and account access. The customer panel uses browser storage to remember appearance preferences. Server logs and authentication rate-limit records may contain technical details such as an IP address, request timing, and error information. The application does not currently include advertising or third-party analytics scripts on its public pages. Google and Lemon Squeezy have their own policies for their services.
08Why information is used and who can access it
Information is used to operate the service, manage subscriptions, deliver requested invoice messages, support customers, investigate problems, and protect accounts. Authorized workspace users and platform administrators can access information according to their role and operational need. Hosting, email, authentication, and payment providers process relevant information as part of those services; their systems may be located in different countries.
09Retention and security
Account and business records are kept as needed to operate the workspace, provide support, maintain billing and security records, and meet applicable obligations. Closing an account does not necessarily remove every associated billing, audit, or backup record immediately. Passwords are hashed, selected provider secrets are encrypted on the server, and account access is restricted. No online service can guarantee protection against every security risk.
10Your requests and client records
Contact the Dueping team to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your account. The available rights and any applicable exceptions depend on your circumstances and applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and relationship to the workspace before acting. If your information was supplied by a Dueping customer, contact that business first so the request can be assessed in the context of its records.
11Changes and contact
This notice may be updated as Dueping changes. The update date is shown above. Contact us using the details below for privacy questions, account information requests, or concerns about the way information is handled.
